| Abstract: | The study serves as a detailed analysis of the effects the Chinese government has solicited among all the higher institutions in this country of science and technology by the commitments of education service ever made upon her membership in WTO. An adequate strategy to meet with the challenges, then the paper holds, is the persistent promotion of our scholarship, our cognition of the endeavour and the new idea necessary for the institutions to advance their steps onward to the global recognition. |
