| 摘 要： | 党的十六大以来,进一步明确和强调了我国经济的发展道路,是以自主创新能力为支撑,以科学发展观为指导,引领社会经济持续协调发展。为此,我国经济发展提高创新能力的路径选择应从培养和凝聚优秀人才、提升企业技术创新能力、整合国家创新资源等三个方面进行思考。

| Abstract: | Ever since the 16th Session of the Party's Conference,we have further clarified and emphasized the way for the economic development of our country which is to be supported by the self-reliant creativity and guided by the scientific development concept,leading the social economy to develop harmoniously.Therefore,we need to train and pool the excellent talents,promote the enterprise's technological creativity,and integrate the national creative resources,so as to improve the overall creativity of our national economy. |
