| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生可采用SWOT工具对自己进行客观的分析,并准确评估出自己的职业兴趣。职业生涯设计是个人客观地对自己的个性、兴趣、爱好、能力、特点和价值观等方面进行综合分析与权衡,确定职业奋斗目标并实现这一目标的有效安排,其实质是个人追求最佳职业生涯的过程。SWOT理论的价值内核为大学生职业生涯规划教育提供了有益的借鉴。
