| 摘 要： | 文章认为 ,青海民族地区推行计划生育工作 ,应当加强建设服务阵地 ,深化宣传教育 ,强化服务功能 ,加强人员培训 ,完善社会保障机制。只有这样 ,才能使青海民族地区计划生育优质服务工作迈上新台阶。
