构建适应现代文化产业群体特征的金融服务体系

文化与金融作为国民经济发展的核心杠杆,文化金融产业发展的成熟度事关国家核心竞争力。我国文化业的演变与发展具有特定的历史轨迹、特征、成因及存在特殊的问题。尤其金融危机之后,现代文化产业逆势而上,而在我国现代文化产业尚处于发展探索阶段,金融支持不足已成为制约文化企业发展的主要瓶颈。从多维视角对文化产业群体特征进行科学分析,创新构建现代文化产业金融服务体系,将是助推我国文化产业成长为国民经济支柱性产业的重要任务:制定详尽化的金融政策支撑体系;创建专业性的金融组织支撑模式;搭建多元化的金融运作支撑平台;完善文化产业金融要式支撑条件。

Constructing Financial Service System in Correspondence to the Characteristics of Modern Culture Industries

As the core levers of national economy,the maturity of the cultural and financial industries relates to the core competitiveness of the country.There are specific historical trajectories,characteristics,causes and special problems in the evolution of Chinese cultural industries’ development.In particular,the modern culture industries have been advancing in adversity after the financial crisis,but our modern culture industry is still in the exploratory stage,lacking of financial support becomes the main bottleneck restricting the development of cultural enterprise.It will be an important task to push our country’s culture industries to be one of national economy’s pillar industries by the means of analyzing the characteristics of culture industries from various perspectives scientifically to innovate and construct modern financial service system.
