金融发展是转变经济发展方式实现跨越式发展的核心。近年来,河南金融虽然发展很快,但要满足中原经济区的跨越式发展之要求,依然面临着很大的困难。具体应从培育和发展多层次、多元化金融机构,鼓励金融工具创新,加强信息披露和监管以及完善区域性金融市场建设等方面入手,从而实现中原经济区金融业的跨越式发展。

On the Countermeasures of Financial Law System to Promote the Leap-frogging Development of Central Plain Economic Zone

Financial development is the core to change the means of economic development to realize leap-frogging development.In recent years,Henan Province witnesses the rapid development of finance,however,it still has great difficulty in meeting the demand of leap-frogging development of central plain economic zone.In order to realize the leap-frogging development of the finance in the central plain economic zone,the focus should be put on such aspects as cultivating and developing multi-level and plural financial institute,encouraging the innovation of financial tools,strengthening the revealing and supervising of information,and perfecting the establishment of regional financial market.
