从善治的角度看我国当代的官员问责制

善治是一种全新的治理理念,其根本特征在于政府与社会两者建立良好的合作互动关系,以提高效率。保证为人民服务宗旨的贯彻。近年来,重庆、大连等城市以地方法规的形式颁布了政府官员问责制,引起了各方面的关注。从善治的角度时我国当代官员问责制的成效、问题进行了较为深入的分析,在分析的基础上,对其完善发展进行了探讨,提出了措施。

A View of Good Administration Related to the Contemporary Accountability System for Officials

Good administration is a new government ideology.The trait of good administration is to establish a good coop- eration for the mutual benefit and high efficiency between the government and the society.The purpose is to ensure a good service for the common people.The accountability system was confirmed by law in some cities including Chongqing and Dalian.Since it was carried out,it has been a focus issue in public.The effects and problems of the system of ac- countability for officials are analyzed,based on which,some suggestions to benefit the development of the accountability system in the future are raised.
