新农村建设中的认识误区剖析

建设社会主义新农村是党中央适时提出的一项重大战略部署,是贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会和从根本上解决“三农”问题的重要举措。但目前人们对新农村建设存在许多认识误区,有的认为社会主义新农村建设不过是旧话重提,是一场政治运动或阶段性任务;有的认为新农村建设是搞农村形象工程,它只是农村和农民的事情,可以通过“等靠要”来实现新农村目标,等等。这些错误认识严重影响了新农村建设的健康开展,应当引起各界高度重视和进行认真分析并加以澄清和矫正。

Analysis of Misunderstanding on New Rural Construction

To build socialist new countryside is a vital timing strategic decision set by the CPC Central Committee.It is an important measure to carry out the scientific development perspective,to construct harmonious society and to solve the rural problems thoroughly.But at present,many misunderstandings exist in the new rural construction,such as merely an old topic,a political movement or periodical task.Some people even believe that the new rural construction,being just a thing concerning countryside and farmers,is an image project and the goals can be achieved by "waiting,depending and asking".These mistaken ideas seriously influence the healthy construction and need special attention of deep analysis,clarification and rectification of all circles.
