| 摘 要： | 关注中国的民族区域自治和有关民族共治的问题,应从中国的实际出发。通过从宪政和法理学的视角研究中国民族共治和民族区域自治的关系,可以看出,中国民族共治和民族区域自治是统一的,民族区域自治是实现民族共治的重要途径和手段。
