培养大学生主动性和独立性之思考

大学生的主动性和独立性对其有效学习和综合素质的提高有重要作用。大学教育应注意培养大学生的主动性和独立性,而这首先要发挥好教师教学中的主导作用,教师在任何时候都要坚持这种主导作用。在具体施教中应坚持以育为先、因人施教、学研结合、激励教学、主体参与、启发教学等有效方法,着力培养学生主动性和独立性,从而使教学主体的认知能力、学习能力、生活能力、适应环境能力得以提高,促进学生更快进步和全面发展。

Reflect on Cultivating Initiative and Independence of College Students

college students' initiative and independence play a very important role in their effective learning and comprehensive quality enhancement.University education should cultivate students' initiative and independence of,which must bring teachers into the leading role in teaching first,and the teachers should adhere to the principle under any circumstances.In teaching,we may take effective concrete teaching methods such as taking education as first,teaching on personality,combining learning with study,stimulating teaching,participation of the main body and enlightening teaching etc.We should lay stress on students' initiative and independence so as to improve their cognitive ability,learning capability,viability and ability of adapting to environment,thereby to promote college students' rapid progress and all-round development.
