从文化反哺视角看家庭情感沟通功能的再建

＂反哺＂是家庭互动的形式之一,家庭教育势必顺应此变化而做出相应的转变,否则家庭教育就无法在青少年的成长中真正发挥作用。从贵阳市花溪第二中学抽取4个班级的学生进行家庭功能评定量表（FAD）测量,对贵阳二十五中初一（7）班学生和家长进行亲情（FFT）测试,并通过个案访谈和档案研究法发现部分亲代的沟通欠佳,阻碍了反哺的顺利进行,甚至导致亲子之间的关系紧张,主要表现在以下三个方面：万人网上批评父母、向父亲倾诉中国孩子排最后、质疑亲代的学习能力;从心理学的角度对家庭成员之间的有效情感沟通提出三点策略,灵活转变角色、注意肢体语言与口头语言的艺术、父母再学习能力的提高。家庭应当是一个完整的系统,它不是每个家庭成员的简单相加,而是要大于相加之和。

To Re-develop Family Feeling Communication at the Angel of Cultural Re-feed

Back-feed is one form of family interaction.Family education must follow the change;otherwise,it cannot play a substantial role in teenagers′ growth.By using FAD and FFT test,together with personal interview method and archives research method,the present writer finds that some parents′ communication ability is very poor that obstructs back-feed.This is demonstrated in three aspects： ten thousand children criticize their parents on internet;communication with his（her） father is very poor in China;and the parents′ study ability is questioned.Three methods about efficient communication in family are taken based on psychological view： to shift one＇s roles skillfully;to pay attention to body and oral language;and to raise parents′ studying ability.A family should be a whole system.It is not a simple accumulation of every family member,and the result should be more than a sum of everybody in a family.
