中共六届六中全会毛泽东推让总书记的原因分析

长期以来,人们对中共六届六中全会正式确立毛泽东的领导地位但毛泽东又推让总书记感到迷惑。其实,毛泽东推让总书记是他在当时复杂局势下审时度势的明智选择:共产国际对毛泽东的支持是有条件有限度的,党内高层存在着复杂的权力格局,当时毛泽东的卓越才能展示受限、毛泽东政治路线的正确性也还没有成为全党的共识,另外当时中央委员会的组成情况及国内抗日的大局也使毛泽东格外慎重。

Analysis of the Reasons of Mao Zedong's Declining to be Secretary-general in the Sixth Session of the Sixth Central Committee of CCP

For a long time, people have been confused that the Sixth Session of the Sixth Central Committee of CCP established Mao Zedong's leadership,but Mao declined to be Secretary-general.In my opinion,it was a wise choice of Mao Zedong's after his careful consideration of the complicating situation.The support of Communist International to Mao was limited;there existed the complicating power structure among the key figures of the Chinese Communist Party,and at that time Mao's outstanding ability did not get fully manifested.In addition,the composition of the central committee and the general situation of domestic anti-Japanese war made Mao especially prudent.
