技术的生态边界及临界防控的哲学理路

技术边界包括社会维度、自然维度、伦理维度和生态维度，其中，生态维度占中轴地位，它对其他边界维度起牵引和统摄作用。技术的生态边界概念有助于分析技术应用中的生态临界问题。临界防控的哲学理路是适度伦理原则，它包括了适度生产、适度消费的经济活动要求，又包括基于技术合理性的适宜技术选择。在技术—经济二元体系中，经济活动的适度原则从技术需求侧规避技术的无限制发展，适宜技术的选择从技术供应侧防控临界过程的生态风险，并同时实现了技术的生态重构。

Ecological Boundary of Technology and Philosophical Approach of Critical Prevention and Control

The technical boundary includes social dimension,natural dimension,ethical dimension and ecological di-mension,among which the ecological dimension occupies the position of central existence that has traction and the uni-fication role to other boundary dimensions.The concept of ecological boundary of technological is helpful for us to an-alyze the ecological critical problem in technological use.The philosophical approach of the critical prevention and con-trol is the moderate ethics principle that includes the economic activity requirement of moderate production and con-sumption and the appropriate technological choice based on technological rationality.In the technical-economic binary system the moderate principle of economic activity avoids the unrestricted development of technology from the demand-side of technology and choice of appropriate technology prevents and controls the ecological risk of critical process from the supply-side of technology,meanwhile,it will realize the ecological reconstruction of technology.
