论习近平共享发展理念的伦理指向

习近平共享发展理念是基于我国改革发展过程中发展成果的共享性、受益性不均等提出来的，是党在新时期发展理念上的重大突破。习近平共享发展理念以提升全民获得感、实现共同富裕为主旨，着力于解决社会公平正义问题以推进民生建设，强调发展过程中全体人民共同建设、共同享有，凸现出鲜明的公正价值取向，直指权利公平、机会公平、分配正义等公正的三个维度。其中，权利公平是共享发展的前提，机会公平是共享发展的要义，分配正义是共享发展的手段。
