| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化和电子商务的发展，跨境电商迅速崛起，其增长速度远超过同期传统贸易。文章阐述我国跨境电商发展的理论基础和发展现状，分析物流等制约跨境电商进一步发展的因素，并以湖南省为例探讨产业政策等优势条件对跨境电商发展带来的影响，同时针对湖南省跨境电商发展现状，提出构建跨境物流模式等七个方面的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and globalization of e-commerce,the cross-border e-commerce rise rapidly with its growth rate much higher than traditional trade in the same period.This paper explains the basic theory and the development situation of China's cross-border e-commerce development,analyzes the constraints for further development of the cross-border e-commerce such as logistics etc,and takes Hunan Province as an example to ex-plore the effects of industrial policies and other advantages of cross-border e-commerce,then gives the correspond-ing countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the current situation of Hunan Province. |
