论马克思的“全面科学技术观”

马克思的科学技术观包括四个基本观点：一是科学技术作为知识体系，分别并且相对独立地存在着；二是以世界的形成过程和构成作为科学技术分类的客观原则，在人从事的所有横向活动中，自然科学技术、人文科学技术、社会科学技术三者“同时存在”与“同时变化”；三是全面科学技术纵向发展中的“不同阶段”之间形成反馈环节；四是科学技术整体发展呈现为“动—静—动”的无限序列。领会并落实马克思的“全面科学技术观”，可以推动“经济、社会和人的全面发展”战略的真正实现。

On Marx's Comprehensive View of Science and Technology

Marx's view of science and technology is composed of four basic views:Firstly,science and technology are knowledge systems and both systems are relatively independent.Secondly,the principles of the classification of sci-ence and technology are based on the formation process and construction of the world.In human activity,natural sci-entific technology,humanities scientific technology and social scientific technology exist and change simultaneously. Thirdly,there is a responsive link in different phases of the development process of comprehensive science and tech-nology.Lastly,the development of science and technology exhibits a limitless sequence:active- dormant- active. We should grasp the essence of Marx's comprehensive view of science and technology and thoroughly implemented it, so that we could finally realize the integrated development of economy,society and humanity.
