管理哲学思想演变对高校管理思想发展的启迪

管理思想的演变经历了科学管理学说、人际关系学说、现代管理学说和后现代管理学说4个阶段，在哲学上相应的表现为客体至上的效率哲学、主体至上的行为哲学、主客体统一的系统哲学和主体回归的创新哲学。与此对应的，教育领域的管理思想也经历了科学管理学说、人际关系学说、系统科学学说和和谐发展学说4个阶段。管理思想（包括教育管理思想）的演变过程和哲学的发展过程是相得益彰的，本质上都在研究“人”的问题。高校行政管理正义的内涵在实践中不断丰富和深入。同我国高校管理思想科学发展不和谐的现象主要表现在三个“错位”，即政府和大学的角色错位、行政权力和学术权力的错位和“法治”与“人治”的管理错位，严重影响了“效率”、“民主”的有效实现和和谐统一。
