| Abstract: | The paper exploits the relations between society and translation,and generally discusses the background and influence of three upsurges of translation in Chinese history.Linked to translation nowadays,the climaxes highly represent the interactive relations and close tie between translation and social culture.Translation,adapted to the demand of social development,has made great contributions to China society.Today it will be so.Therefore,the paper viewed it as the mirror and thruster of society. |
