| 摘 要： | 少数民族大学生在地域、文化、语言、风俗习惯等方面有不同于一般高校学生的特点，因而其心理适应问题与一般高校学生相比，既有共同之处又有其独特性。本文从培养少数民族大学生心理适应能力的必要性出发，探讨少数民族大学生存在的心理适应问题，提出培养少数民族大学生心理适应能力的措施，对帮助少数民族大学生走出心理困境有着现实的指导意义。
