| 摘 要： | 地理标志作为一种知识产权在当今社会受到了广泛关注,然而,目前的地理标志法律法规尚不够成熟,阻碍了这一制度的进一步推广。本文拟从地理标志的概念和特征出发,探讨其重要的社会地位,并提出其发展完善的途径。
