摘    要:社会责任有利于树立企业形象、增强企业竞争力、推动企业文化建设,社会责任是现代企业的一个重要标志。社会责任只有通过考核才能真正落实。社会责任难以真正纳入企业考核体系的主要原因是宏观环境的不成熟性和微观相关要素的不确定性。建立企业社会责任绩效考核体系的对策是确立考核基本原则、构建科学的指标体系、完善考核管理机制。

Abstract:Social responsibility is propitious to build up the image of corporation, strengthen the competition of corporation, promote the cultural construction. Social responsibility is also an important symbol of modern corporations. Social responsibility can only be appraised by performance appraisal. The most important reason why social responsibility can't be a part of the system of performance appraisal is the immaturity of macroscopical environment and the uncertainty of correlative microcosmic factors. The measure of building up the system of performance appraisals is to establish the basic principle S, set up scientific target system, and perfect the management system of appraisal.
