| Abstract: | The engagement system for the buildup of administrative and teaching staff now practiced in Chino's higher learning institutions is a comprehensive measure for reform- ing their personnel administrative system. This paper makes an introduction to the purposes of the engagement system for the buildup of administrative and teaching staff in China's high- er learning institutions, lists the chief problems thereof, and proposes some countermeasures to be taken. |
