On the Scientific and Humane Properties of Natural Science

The scientific and humane properties are the essence of natural science. The causes and basis for this argument are that natural science is the integration of subject and object, reflection and creation, material and spirit, science and humanity. Besides that, natural science is also the unity of truth, benevolence and beauty pursued by naturalists. From various perspectives the causes and basis have reflected that the scientific and humane properties are the essential quality of natural science and they determine the property, function and value of natural science. Its scientific property and humane property are dialectical, namely related yet different. It is of great value and significance to further research into them and obtain scientific recognition and justified treatment of the dialectical relations between these two properties.
