聘任制条件下教师合法权益保护问题的思考

摘    要:教师聘任制是我国为适应社会主义市场经济发展而进行的教师任用制度改革的重要组成部分,是教师管理制度上的一项重大改革。从目前的实施情况来看,教师聘任制虽然给教育带来了许多生机和活力,但出现了一些损害教师权益的现象,如何避免教师的合法权益受到损害成为一个亟待解决的问题。

Abstract:Teacher recruitment is an important part of the appointment institution's reformation for adapting the socialist market economy and is a significant reformation of administrative system of teachers. Looked from the present implementation situation, teacher recruitment brings much vitality to education, but there appears the phenomenon to harm teacher's legitimate rights and interests. How to avoid damaging teacher's legitimate rights and interests has become a problem urgent to be solved.
