| 摘 要： | 随着信息社会的迅速发展,人们获取信息的途径和方式也发生了很大变化,计算机网络技术、数据库技术被广泛应用,这对现代高校图书馆的管理提出了新的要求。文章从改善阅读环境、改进服务方法、提高从业者素质和技能三个方面对提高高校图书馆服务质量提出了建议。
