| 摘 要： | 道家认为和谐是不同事物相互依存的完美状态,道有和谐的作用和功能。道之和谐作用在上下级关系处理上的外显,仰赖于尊道守道原则。在道家看来,尊道而行的上下级关系,实质上是一种车轮毂辐的协作关系。这种上下级协作关系的精髓是管理者无意于对被管理者横加控制或任意干预。以道的和谐之用为形上根基,上下级借助其合乎于道的协作关系,能够实现彼此和谐、组织和谐的价值追求。
