| 摘 要： | 立足市场经济特征的立法有利于市场经济的法治化,本文从立法应反映市场主体的经济权利平等、注重立法效益、注重价值优先性与协调性的统一及立法资源的合理利用等四方面阐述市场经济对立法的导向作用。

| Abstract: | The legislootion which based on the market economy is favorable to the rule of law in the condition of market economy .The artical demontrates the action which market economy affects legislation from four aspects as follows :the equality of economical rights economy,valuing the efficiency of legislation,paying attertion to the conformation of valeation and the rational use of the resources of legislation. |
