| Abstract: | The analysis of the operation cost of constitutionalism plays an active part both in understanding the constitutionalism and in richening research contents and methods of constitutional jurisprudence.This kind of cost is the payment of all parts of constitutionalism operation,which contains the feature of marginal,voluntary,trend of maximum,long term,perdue,nondeterminacy,and non-corporality. |
