| 摘 要： | 由于未能将商法的独特性作为教学指南，传统的《商法学》教学模式主要是以民法的观念和方法来理解商法，这种不科学的教学模式亟待改革。《商法学》教学模式的改革主要应该从三个方面进行：第一，注重商法总论的教学；第二，以商法的精神理解和讲授商事法律制度；第三，加大《商法学》实践课教学力度。
