| 摘 要： | 高等教育一体化不仅是粤港澳地区社会经济发展的要求，也是三地高等教育现代化、国际化发展的要求。文章从粤港澳高等教育一体化与经济一体化的关系入手，从粤港澳高等教育的可持续发展出发，分析了粤港澳高等教育一体化之必要性和可行性，提出了一体化建设的构思，提出了广东省高等教育要进一步挖掘和利用《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要》的政策优势和平台作用，积极推进粤港澳高等教育一体化进程。

| Abstract: | Higher education integration is not only the requirement of social and economic development in Guangdong, Hongkong and Macao, but also the requirement of higher education modernization and internationalization for these regions. This essay begins with the discussion of the relationship between higher education integration and economic integration. With a focus on the sustainable development of higher education within these regions, it analyses the necessity and feasibility of their higher education integration, makes a preliminary sketch of it; and points out that Guangdong should explore and utilize the policy advantage and platform function of The Pearl River Delta Region Development Plan Outline （2008-2020 years）, so as to acti,）ely push on the process of higher education integration in these regions. |
