试论邓小平重视教育的思想

邓小平重视教育的重要性,强调实现现代化不抓教育不行,为完成教育面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的战略任务,各级党委和政府都要抓好教育;邓小平也重视教育的后勤工作,不仅愿意当“后勤部长”,还提出关于“服务”、“三匹马车”(党的、科研的、后勤的工作)、“红管家”、“甘于奉献”、“后勤科学”等丰富的教育后勤管理理论;邓小平十分关注教育经费的投入,推动了教育经费财政拨款为主、多渠道筹措总体格局的形成;邓小平力主提高教师的政治、社会地位和物质生活待遇,并通过师资水平的提高,为教育顺利发展提供人才保证。

Attaching Great Importance to Education by Deng Xiaoping

Deng Xiaoping attached great importance to education.This was embodied in four aspects.First,Deng Xiaoping emphasized the significance of education.He pointed out that the Party committees and governments at all levels should bend all their efforts to educational work in order to complete the strategical task of gearing education to the needs of modernization,the world and the future.Second,Deng Xiaoping paid close attention to support services in education institutions.He advanced a series of theories of management in support services.Third,Deng Xiaoping showed deep solicitude for financial input in education.Fourth,Deng Xiaoping suggested that we raise the political and social status of teachers,improve the material life of teachers and other school personnel,and strive to increase the capabilities of teachers and improve the quality of instruction.
