| Abstract: | Executing popularization will produce deep effect on the development of Chinese higher education.In the course of it, we realise that it is not the main renson why it is hard for college graduates to get a job.Because of the difference in regional economy and education, popularization of higher education in our courtry has the features of Matin Tow's "three periods". Considering the conditions of the social and economic developmint, local_administered universities and privte universities will become the major motive strength in the course of popularization of higher education in China. |
