| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍了自然垄断产业的特征和我国价格规制方式的基础上,对投资报酬率价格规制模型进行阐述,并重点分析了投资报酬率价格规制的配置效率和X-效率;最后针对投资报酬率价格规制存在的不足,结合我国自然垄断行业的实际状况,对我国自然垄断行业的价格规制改革提出建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the characteristics of natural monopoly and the pricing model of China's natural monopoly industry and the investment rate-of-retern regulation models,and analyses the allocative efficiency and X-efficiency of the investment rate-of-retern regulation models.Based on the characteristics of China's natural monopoly industry and the weakness of the investment rate-of-retern regulation models,the author makes some recommendations on China's natural monopoly industry reform. |
