| Abstract: | The spirits of China Communist Party’s Eighteenth Congress and a series of important speechesaddressed by Xi Jinping have provided a clear direction for strengthening legal education on teenagers in the new era. That is, the urgency of further strengthening legal education on teenagers should be enhanced; the overall requirements and implementation steps should be explicitly clarified; the construction of comprehensive security measures should be intensified;and the legal education on teenagers should be steadily and constantly promoted. |
