关于高校同辈辅导活动的国内研究现状综述

在国内外文献中,与同辈辅导活动相关的术语繁多而混乱,笔者首先对相关术语进行了梳理,并将同辈辅导活动划分为两类,即非课程辅导和课程辅导,并用不同的术语界定和区分不同的同辈辅导活动,如同辈心理辅导、同辈就业指导、同辈课业辅导、同辈互助学习。随后,笔者分析了国内关于高校同辈辅导研究的趋势,具体涉及研究的时间分布、涉及的领域、研究的类型及结论。研究发现:国内关于高校同辈辅导的研究近年来呈现出数量迅猛增长、涉及领域日益拓展等趋势,但是关于涉及课程内容辅导的研究——即同辈课业辅导和同辈互助学习——不管是数量上还是质量上,不管是广度上还是深度上都有待加强。

An Overview of the Current Domestic Research on Peer Tutoring Activities in Higher Education

In both Chinese and English literature, various terminologies are used for peer tutoring activities. Thus, the frequently used terminologies are compared and contrasted first, and then, peer tutoring activities are classified into two types： those centered on courses and those not. Several terminologies are also determined to refer to dif- ferent peer tutoring activities： peer psychological mentoring, peer employment counseling, peer course tutoring and peer assisted learning, etc. The tendency in the researches of peer tutoring in higher education is also analyzed, concerning the times, fields, types and conclusions of the related researches. It is discovered that in recent years the number of researches in peer tutoring in higher education has been on the increased and increasing fields are dealt with. However, more effort is called for in the research in peer course tutoring and peer assisted learning in higher education.
