中亚国家依法管理宗教事务概述

伊斯兰教复兴成为中亚国家展现在国际舞台之上的主要特征之一，近年来在内外因素影响下，伊斯兰教信仰出现了新的变化、新的特点。中亚国家通过制定新的法律或对以往法律文件进行修订、补充等方式，以完成对国家宗教事务的有效治理。其目前管理宗教事务的重点集中在：防范境外思想渗透、制止社会生活的日趋伊斯兰化、控制与管理宗教经济来源、加强网络管控力度、制止和取缔非法宗教活动。

A Review of Religious Management by Law in Central Asian Countries

Islamic revival is one of the important features of Central Asian countries in international arena. In recent years, Islamic beliefs, influenced by external and internal factors, present new changes and characteristics. Central Asian countries have stipulated new laws or made revisions and supplements of the previous laws to achieve an effective nationwide religious management. The foci at present are： prevent infiltration from the outside, curb the ongoing Islamization in social life, control and manage the sources of religious economy, strengthen internet control, and curb and ban illegal religious activities.
