| 摘 要： | 2010年议会制政体的确立是吉尔吉斯斯坦政治发展进程中的一个节点.但政治共同体重构面临的多重挑战、政党政治发展的低态化、权力分散导致的体制输出能力的下降、宗教极端主义对世俗政权的威胁严重困扰着吉尔吉斯斯坦政治转型.

| Abstract: | The establishment of the parliamentary system in 2010 was a landmark in Kyrgyzstan political process. The political community encountered many challenges, however. The development of party politics is now at a low level, the decentralization of power leads to the drop of institutional output ability, and the religious extremism poses a threat to the secular regime. All these seriously trouble Kyrgyzstan political transformation. |
