跨文化视角下的新疆双语教师培训探讨

摘    要:在新疆双语教师培训中,双语教师既要具备普通教师所需要的教师素质与教学技能,还要具备双语教师所特有的跨文化教育的能力.培养新疆双语教师的跨文化适应能力,需要加强教师的文化整合型态度培训,在双语教学中教师应以多元文化整合的态度来包容不同文化,提高与引导双语教师的跨文化理解与适应,对新疆双语教育将起到良好的作用.

Abstract:The bilingual teacher training aims to both the teacher quality and teaching skills the ordinary teachers are required of and the unique intercultural education ability. To cultivate the cross cultural adap- tation ability in bilingual teachers in Xinjiang depends on strengthening the cultural integration attitude training in bilingual teachers. Bilingual teachers should take an attitude of the multicultural integration to embracing different cultures in order to improve their cross cultural understanding and adaptation, which will be conducive to bilingual education in Xinjiang.
