| 摘 要： | 为使国内企业能够快速适应具有中国特色的非典型市场经济环境,在微观层面上保证企业的健康发展,本着与时俱进、务实创新的精神,对国内企业的管理职能体系进行了系统分析和设计,提出了新的支撑性、发展性和保障性三大类管理职能。

| Abstract: | According to the principle of "development with the time, and innovation for the practice", the authors analyze and design the management function system of the domestic enterprises, and put forward three kinds of management functions including, supporting functions, developing functions and safeguarding functions. The purpose of the paper is to make the domestic enterprises rapidly suitable to the business environment of non-typical market economy with China" s characteristics, and keep the domestic enterprises healthily developing on the micro-level. |
