| 摘 要： | 基于产品整体概念理论,借助马斯洛需要层次论划分民办高等教育的需要层次,建立民办高教服务产品的整体概念,提出民办高教服务产品可差异化要素和实现差异化的举措,为创造民办高校差别优势,实现差异化经营提供理论依据和发展思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the holistic concept of product,the article analyzes demand layers of civilian-run higher education, establishes the holistic concept of civilian-run higher education service products and points out the differentiation factors and the measures to realize in the present private higher education service products. It suggests theoretical foundation for creating differentiation advantages of civilian-run higher education. |
