| 摘 要： | 在深入分析家族企业的现状的基础上,针对家族式企业存在的问题提出了家族式企业可持续发展的对策,即建立法制化的家族企业体制;引进高级管理人才,提高家族企业管理的现代化水平;走出家族制向现代化企业转变。

| Abstract: | In the development of our country private economy, the problems of family business are very important and should be paid more attention to .In this article, the author deeply analyses the present situation and problems of the family business. In addition, the author also gives some advice on establishing legal family business system, offering system safeguard for family business' sustainable development, advancing the modernization level of the family business management, walking out family system and changing into modernization enterprise to realize the sustainable development of our country family business. |
