论网络道德的问题与建设

信息网络技术的高速发展和网络社会的形成 ,带给人们一种全新的工作、生活环境 ,改变着人们的道德观念与道德关系 ,产生了诸如网民的言论自由、网络安全、网上知识产权、网上商务、网上隐私等一系列网络道德问题。为此 ,必须提高网络主体自身的道德修养 ,制定与完善网络道德规范 ,以创造一个稳定、健康、有序的网络社会环境。

On the problems and construction of the network morality

The high speed development of the internet technolgy and the formation of the network society brings us fresh working and living environment, which changes our moral values and relations. A series of network moral problems occur, such as the speech freedom of net citizen, web security, intellectual property rights on net, network business and web privacy. Therefore, the self cultivation of the network subject must be improved, and the network moral codes and regulations must be worked out to create a steady, healthy, and orderly network society.
