| 摘 要： | 近年来,多层商住楼发展迅速,在其给建筑开发商带来经济效益与方便住户消费的同时也带来了许多消防安全隐患.本文分析归纳了多层商住楼火灾事故多发的主要原因及火灾特点,并就其防火对策和初起火灾的扑救进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | In recent years,multilayer business-residential buildings which are rapidly developed have brought economic ben- efits to the developers and convenience to household consumers.In the same time,there have also brought many hidden dangers of fire safety.The reasons and characteristics of the fire for multi-storey commercial-residential buildings are analyzed,and the fire prevention measures and how to fight the fire at the beginning of the disaster are also discussed. |
