Law of property right is the embodiment of a country's economic system, historical traditions and people's living habit. When facing the challenges of globalization, the inherent part of the law of property right is hard to change, such as property right's regulation on ownership pattern, usufructuary right pattern and those links to the customs of every country and economic lives, while other aspects like regulations of trade, guarantee, publication and effects can be international. Only when we have a clear understanding of this can we face the challenges of globalization.
