Policy Foundations for Case Management:

The Federal Council on the Aging is now developing a national policy for providing home care for the "frail elderly." Case management is specified as the primary delivery mechanism. This article recommends areas, not now included in the policy considerations, that must be examined before case management goals can be achieved.
