历史上，藏族社会有着极其浓厚的和谐观念，因此调解制度在藏族社会的传统纠纷解决机制中占有非常重要的地位，在稳定藏族地区社会秩序、协调社会成员关系等方面发挥了重要的作用。虽然在民族改革以后，藏族的传统调解制度已经逐步退出人们的生活，但是它的影响在很长时期内仍然存在。因此，在藏族社会的现代司法中，必须给予更多地关注和积极的吸收、引导。

Hence, the mitigation system plays a very important role in resolving the conflicts that occur between the Tibetans, maintaining social order, and coordinating social members.
