| Abstract: | The article expounds the origin and development of ancient Chinese medical records as well as perfecting process of their contents and forms, which shows that ancient Chinese doctors had rich clinical experience and attached importance to preservation,sorting,collection and selection of medical records,and which reflects the age-old tradition of Chinese medical culture and its wide and expert connotations. |
