| 摘 要： | 实施可持续发展战略是当今世界各国的一项基本国策。可持续发展的最终实现 ,取决于政治系统的持续稳定状态。政治可持续稳定 ,既是实现可持续发展的重要前提 ,又是可持续发展的应有之义。对广大的发展中国家来说 ,要确保可持续发展和政治稳定的顺利实现 ,就必须建构政治生态系统的稳定机制。政治生态系统的稳定机制包括权力制衡机制、政治沟通机制、合理分配机制和吸纳机制等

| Abstract: | It is a basic policy to carry out sustainable development strategic in all the countries. The key of the final realization of sustainable development is the continuing situation of political system. To the developing countries, the stable mechanism of political ecological system must be constructed with the purpose of realization of sustainable development and political stability, which consists of such four kinds of mechanism as those of power balance, political connection, rational distribution and absorption. |
