| 摘 要： | 建设学习型社会,是世界经济文化一体化的必然趋势。随着我国市场经济体制的建立健全,社会组织之间、企业之间以及个人之间的相互竞争必然日益加剧。建设学习型社会的内在动力——竞争力势在必行,并从人才的竞争,创新能力的竞争,信息时代带来的学习力的竞争几个方面详细分析了竞争力构成学习型社会的内在动力的原因。
