| Abstract: | The transformation in rural land is the major issue in rural development and stability with an urgent rash.The passive avoidance does not help solve the problem.Therefore,an accurate understanding of the Third Plenary Session must be helpful to understand and handle complex relationships in the land transformation in order to ensure the transformation of rural land. |
